All of Verotronic’s products are built-to-order, and as such they are non-returnable, non-refundable if delivered correct as ordered.

We encouraged all our buyers to check on your requirement prior to loading an order to us.

If the items are delivered not in accordance with the order, you may request for replacement on the unused items or refund.

If the products that failed are covered under warranty, you may request for repair or replacement.

If the products are not covered under warranty, we will quote you a repair or replacement.
