How do I search for products or parts numbers?
Our store offers you the option of searching using several parameter options. These include keyword, by part-number or phrase.
Alternatively, you can locate your desired product by navigating through our site. From our e-Shop homepage, select the desired product series and then use the product filters to find the exact products that you need.
How do I order a length of cable assembly not detailed in your site?
We often work closely with customers for customized orders. For lengths that are not available in the selection, please contact us at support@verotronic.com and we will be glad to assist.
How can I check on the status of my order?
At present, It takes an average of 4-6 weeks to prepare an order. We will inform you when an order ships.
Please contact support@verotronic.com for an update about your order if you have not heard from us after 7 days.
In addition, our friendly customer service team can also be contacted during office hours at +65 6481 3928 from Monday through Friday, 0900 to 1800hrs (GMT+8).
What payment modes do we offer?
For most customers with smaller orders, we accept major credit cards such as Visa or MasterCard through our payment engine. In addition, for Singapore customers we also accept PayNow and Paylah!
